Act I the three weird sisters

What impression of the witches do you form from this scene? How might they represent past, present and future?

They seem very mysterious. This allows them to have credibility of their thoughts towards the future. They represent the past because it seems as if they've been witnesses of this event decades ago. They are very important to the story because they give Macbeth the last push into doing his flaw by showing him he will become king.

They are very mysterious and they make deals with others, I agree with Jorge in what he says about the witches, he gives another point of view of them.

yeha i agree with you Amy and disagree with Jorge.. because for example when a person on the street or on school is mysterious it causes suspicion not "credibility", Therefore their predictions of the future are suspicious....
