Act II Scene iv the suspects

Why are Malcolm and Donalbain suspects in the murder of their father?
What motive is attributed to them?
Why is this accusation ironic?

Malcolm and Donalbain are prime suspects because they fled after knowing that their father was murdered. They were scared that the killer would kill both of them too since they have killed their father. The accusation is ironic because now that they are both gone Macbeth is crown king. And no one suspect of Macbeth even if he killed the servants so they wont talk.
